Background

Fionnlaugh, having recently ventured around the Scottish Highlands, brought a folder of breathtaking drone footage and an ambient album that hit harder than most bass-influenced electronic music. The artist sought visual treatments that matched the audio intensity.

Released with Ambientologist — a label with repeatedly breathtaking releases and a roster of truly talented ambient artists with a variety of styles — Fionnlaugh's "What Came Before" features three different tracks, each accompanied by Tundra Tides visual works.
